SIX WEEK MUFFINS 
2 cups Nabisco 100% Bran Buds
2 cups boiling water

Let stand until soft, then add:

1 cup softened butter or shortening
3 cups sugar
1 qt. buttermilk
4 eggs
5 cups flour
5 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 cups Kellogg’s All Bran

Mix all ingredients well. Raisins, nuts, dates, etc. may be added before baking if desired.

Bake in greased muffin pan at 375°F for 20-25 minutes.

Mixture will keep in refrigerator 6 weeks. Be sure to stir before making muffins. Bake as needed or bake and freeze.

Makes 5-6 dozen muffins.
