RAISIN BANANA MUFFINS 
2 very ripe bananas, peeled
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. raisins

Line muffin tins or spray with cooking spray. Put bananas into blender and blend until smooth. Scrape bananas into bowl and combine with eggs and oil.

In another mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, salt and baking powder. Add banana mixture and stir until moistened. Stir in raisins. Pour 1/3 cup of batter into muffin pan cups. Bake 20-25 minutes. Makes 10-12 muffins.
