EVELYN'S POTATO SALAD 
2 lbs. potatoes
3/4 c. salad dressing
3/4 c. cole slaw dressing
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 c. relish
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. crushed pineapple

Cook potatoes until tender. Drain. Let cool. Peel and cut into cubes. Mix salad dressing and cole slaw dressing. Cover. Refrigerate.
