INSTANT POTATO SALAD 
6 servings of instant potatoes, made according to box directions
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1-2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. dry onion
2-3 tbsp. sweet pickle juice
2 heaping tsp. sweet relish
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/8 tsp. celery salt
Salt & pepper to taste
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped

Mix all ingredients together in 2 quart bowl, sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
