INSTANT POTATO CHEESE BAKE 
1 pkg. instant potatoes, mashed
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper & paprika

Prepare potatoes as directed on package. In saucepan combine butter and cheese, heat until almost melted. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream, onion, salt and pepper. Pour over potatoes, mix together. Put into greased baking dish, sprinkle with paprika. Bake immediately, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
