INSTANT POTATO SOUP - SINGLE
SERVINGS
 
2 tbsp. instant mashed potatoes
1/2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
1/2 tsp. butter
Dash of any or all of the following: pepper, thyme, onion powder, celery salt
3/4 c. milk

Combine all in a microwave safe mug. Microwave 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until hot. Soup thickens as it cools.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

I skipped the chicken bouillon and used half-&-half instead of milk. Used seasoned salt and freshly ground pepper. Really good!
