CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE 
1 box graham crackers
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 lg. carton Cool Whip
8 oz. sour cream

Mix pudding, milk, Cool Whip, and sour cream together. Place layer of crackers and layer of mixture for about 4-5 layers, ending with crackers. Then frost with the following.

CHOCOLATE ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat until smooth.
