ORANGE JULIUS 
1 egg
1/3 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
1 c. skim milk
1 tsp. honey

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and whiz just until the mixture thickens. If it is too thick to drink, eat it with a spoon or dilute it with ice water. Yield: makes 2 servings. Each serving provides 157 cal, 8 g pro, 1.5 g sat fat, 1.5 g unsat fat.

If you are serving this drink to children, the elderly or people with a lowered immunity, coddle the egg for 30 seconds before using.
