MARINADE FOR CHICKEN (GRILLED) 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Combine all ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Cool. Pour over chicken for at least an hour or longer. Brush chicken with sauce while grilling.
