ZESTY DRUMSTICKS 
8 chicken drumsticks, about 2 lbs.
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. chopped shallots
1/2 c. steak sauce
2 tbsp. snipped chives
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. sugar

Brown drumsticks in butter in 10" skillet. Add shallots. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer until drumsticks are done, 45 minutes to 1 hour. Place drumsticks onto a warm platter. Mix steak sauce, chives, parsley, water and sugar in skillet. Heat just to boiling. Return drumsticks to skillet, turning until completely coated with sauce. Serve sauce over drumsticks. 4 to 5 servings.
