POTATO CANDY | |
1 med. Irish potato 1 box powdered sugar Peanut butter Peel and boil potato, mash with fork. Add powdered sugar to make a stiff dough but still soft enough to roll out. Roll out on wax paper until about 1/4 inch thick. Spread with peanut butter and roll up jelly roll fashion. Roll log with hands until round about 1 inch in circumference. Cut into slices. Candy will have pinwheel look. |
