CHEESE-SPINACH CASSEROLE 
3 eggs
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 carton (16 oz.) cottage cheese (can use low fat)
3 tbsp. wheat germ
1/2 c. cubed Cheddar cheese (or any hard cheese)
Frozen pie crust

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Mix beaten eggs.

3. Cook and drain spinach well.

4. Combine eggs, spinach, cottage cheese, wheat germ and Cheddar cheese.

5. Pour ingredients into defrosted pie crust.

6. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
