CHEESE CAKE DIP 
3 oz. Philadelphia brand light Neufchatel cheese, softened
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. lowfat milk
2 c. Cool Whip lite whipped topping, thawed
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat cheese, milk and sugar until well blended and smooth. Fold in whipped topping and vanilla. Store in refrigerator. Use to dip cookies, cake cubes, fresh fruit, etc. Makes 2 cups. Approximately 6 calories per teaspoon.
