PEACH BUTTER 
4 c. pureed peaches, about 10 to 12 peaches
2 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg, optional

Mix all ingredients together. Cook in microwave at full power for 30 minutes. Use right away or preserve according to regular canning methods. Makes 1 1/2 pints.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
