SALMON CROQUET 
1 can salmon, lg.
1/4 c. mashed potato
1 egg
1/2 tsp. onion
1/2 tsp. green pepper
Cornmeal or ground crackers

Combine all above ingredients, shape into patties, coat with cornmeal or cracker crumbs. Fry until golden brown.

Use "All Vegetable Oil" for best results 3/4 cups oil in heavy skillet, preheat to 375 degrees.
