CREAM PUFF (SHELLS) 
1 c. flour
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
Pinch salt
4 eggs

Bring to a boil water, oil and pinch salt. Add flour. Keep turning until pastry, put aside to cool. Add 4 eggs, one at a time. In lightly greased cookie sheet put 1 tablespoon of batter, let cool approximately 20 minutes. When brown shut oven off. Do not remove from oven until oven cools.
