TACO CHICKEN 
1 med. frying chicken
2 cubes (1 c.) butter
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 pkg. Saltine crackers

Crush crackers into fine crumbs. Add 3/4 package of taco seasoning. Cut up chicken. Melt butter in deep small bowl; dip each chicken part first in butter, then in cracker mixture.

Microwave: Place coated chicken in micro safe baking dish large enough for chicken. Cover with wax paper and cook 20 minutes on high rotating twice.

Conventional oven: Place coated chicken in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until done.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
