TACO CHICKEN 
2 1/2 - 3 lb. chicken, skinned and cut into pieces
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. melted butter
1 bag tortilla chips, crushed
Monterey Jack cheese

Place taco seasoning and flour in large plastic bag. Shake chicken pieces in bag to coat with seasonings. Dip in melted butter and roll in crushed chips. Place in flat baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Last 15 minutes cover with grated cheese. Serves 3-4.
