GOLFER'S BEEF STEW | |
2 lbs. beef chuck roast or stew beef 5 med. potatoes 2 med. onions 2 stalks celery, chopped 1 tbsp. salt 1 slice bread, crumbled 1/4 c. water 31 oz. can tomatoes or tomato juice Cut beef into bite sized pieces. Combine all ingredients in 4 quart baking dish; then cover. Bake in preheated oven for about 7 hours. |
