CHEESE BALL 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 lb. mild Cheddar, grated
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar, grated
2 or 3 green onions, chopped fine
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
4 Tabasco peppers, chopped

Cream the Velveeta and cream cheese; add the other 2 cheeses. Fold the rest of the ingredients into the creamed mixture. Make either a roll or a ball and roll it in chopped pecans. Refrigerate.
