1 yellow or white cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
2/3 c. Crisco oil
1 1/2 c. brandied fruit mix
1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
4 well beaten eggs

MIX BY HAND (no mixer) the above ingredients and bake in greased and floured tube or bundt pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Doubling this recipe will yield 3 (5 x 9 inch) loaves and they make nice Christmas gifts.
