STIR-FRY VEGETABLES 
1 c. finely chopped cabbage
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/3 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. fresh bean sprouts
1 tsp. lemon juice
Garlic powder (pinch)
Pepper (pinch)

Use a vegetable spray to coat your frying pan. Combine vegetables in pan. Cover and cook until vegetables are clear (5 minutes), stirring occasionally. Stir in lemon juice. Add garlic powder and pepper.
