FRENCH APPLE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon

Stir above ingredients together and make a hole in center and add: 1 c. Crisco oil 2 tsp. vanilla 3 c. raw, chopped, peeled apples 1 c. chopped pecans

Bake in a greased and floured pan or bundt pan at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
