SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
4 pork steaks, bite size pieces
1 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. vinegar
1 green pepper, chopped
1 (12 oz.) jar apricot or peach preserves
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook pork and cut in bite size pieces. Add other ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
