APPLE CIDER NOG 
2 eggs
1 c. apple cider
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. milk, hot or chilled
Whipped cream and extra nutmeg to garnish

In bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add apple cider, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. If serving hot, whisk egg mixture in hot milk. Heat, stirring constantly until simmering; don't boil. Pour immediately into hot mugs and garnish. If serving cold, whisk egg mixture in chilled milk. Serve in chilled glasses and garnish.
