PARFAIT DESSERT 
1 - 1 1/2 c. drained crushed pineapple
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 1/4 c. hot water (can use hot juice)
1 pt. butter pecan ice cream
Graham cracker crumbs

Combine Jello and water; add ice cream. Add drained pineapple. Mix all together and put in dish. Top with graham cracker crumbs. Freeze. Serves 6.
