JOE FROGGERS 
A ginger and molasses cookie that lasts forever if you don't eat them all up warm.

4 c. all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. rum in 1/3 c. water
1 c. dark molasses
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
