SLUSH PUNCH 
2 lg. pkgs. Jello
2 c. sugar

Blend together. Pour in 2 cups boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Add 2 large cans of pineapple juice. Divide into three 2 quart beverage containers and freeze. One hour before serving, set out. Add 1 1/2 to 2 liters of ginger ale or Sprite. Serve as a slush. (Use lime Jello for St. Patrick's Day or Christmas; use cherry or strawberry Jello for Valentine's Day.)
