LYONNAISE POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 stick melted butter
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
Crushed corn flakes

Mix all ingredients, except corn flakes, together and put in oblong baking dish. Top with crushed corn flakes. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
