PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1 c. Crisco oil
3 eggs
1 c. club soda
1 box instant pistachio pudding

Mix together and bake in greased and floured 9 x 13 pan at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 box instant pistachio pudding
1 c. cold milk
1 lg. Cool Whip (3 1/2 c.)

Mix ingredients by hand and frost. Refrigerate.
