CHESS PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornmeal
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. vinegar
3 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 pie shell

Mix all ingredients except pecans. Layer pecans in bottom of pie shell. Pour mixture over pecans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
