PINEAPPLE CAKE 
3 pkg. lady fingers
1 pt. med. cream (all-purpose)
11 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 can pineapple pie filling

Line pan with lady fingers (preferably a 10 inch springform pan) bottom and sides. Whip cream in medium bowl. Mix cream cheese and sugar in small bowl and then mix with whip cream. Spread 1/3 of the cream mixture on top of the first layer of lady fingers; 1/3 of the cream mixture, 1/4 of the pineapple pie filling; another layer of lady fingers, last 1/3 of cream mixture and then top with 1/2 can of pineapple pie filling. Refrigerate until ready to use.
