CHICKEN TACO SALAD 
4 to 6 chicken breast halves
1/2 med. onion
1 head lettuce, broken up
2 tomatoes, cut up
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 sm. can sliced ripe olives
1 ripe avocado, cut up
1 pkg. Fritos corn chips

DRESSING:

1 clove garlic
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 bottle Italian dressing
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook chicken with onion in a little water. Cut up. Blend dressing ingredients until thick and creamy. Place all ingredients in bowl and mix. Top with chips. Serve about 10.
