GLORIFIED RICE 
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
1 c. cooked rice
1 small bottle maraschino cherries
1 c. whipping cream

Heat pineapple juice and mix in sugar, flour, beaten eggs and butter. Cook until thick. Mix with cooked rice and cherries. Cool. Fold in whipped cream before serving.
