BAKED SCRAMBLED EGGS 
33 lg. eggs
1 tbsp. salt
3 1/3 c. hot milk
1/3 c. melted butter

Beat eggs slightly. Add salt, milk, and butter; mix well. Pour into 2 (13 x 9 x 2 inch) pans. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Stir once after 10 minutes. Makes 33 (1/3 cup) servings.
