CHEESE FONDUE 
1 can (8 oz.) cheddar cheese soup
1 c. French onion dip
1 c. grated cheese cheese
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
French bread, cut into 1 inch cubes

Combine first four items in fondue pot and heat until melted together. Serve with cubed bread.

DIETITIAN'S NOTE:

Total fat and sodium can be reduced in this recipe while increasing fiber. Simply choose a lower sodium cheese soup such as Campbell's Healthy Request, a light french onion dip (or make your own), a low fat cheddar cheese and serve with cubed whole grain bread.
