GOLDEN PARMESAN POTATOES 
6 potatoes, washed & cut into quarters
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
Chopped parsley
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter

Moisten potatoes. Shape in a bag containing cheese, flour, salt and pepper. Coat potatoes well. Melt butter in a 13"x9" baking pan. Place potatoes in a single layer; sprinkle with any remaining cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle with parsley. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
