SALMON TIMBALES 
1 (1 lb.) can salmon
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. chopped onion
2 beaten eggs
Seasonings

SAUCE:

1 pkg. Old English cheese or 4 (6 oz.) Velveeta cheese
1/3 c. milk

Bone and flake salmon. Mix with soft bread crumbs, milk, melted butter, chopped onion, eggs, and seasonings. Bake in buttered custard cups or muffin pans about 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Unmold and serve hot with sauce made by melting the cheese in top of double boiler with 1/3 cup milk.
