3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 c. applesauce
2 c. raisins
2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. shortening or butter
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice

Cream sugar and shortening. Add applesauce, raisins and pecans; mix. Sift dry ingredients together and add to first mixture. Grease and flour tube pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
