FOOD PROCESSOR FAVORITE
CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE
 
1 1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
6 tbsp. soft butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream or yogurt
1/2 to 3/4 c. chocolate chips

Steel knife: process flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon for 5 seconds. Empty into another bowl. Process butter, sugar, and eggs for 2 minutes, scraping down bowl once or twice. Do not insert pusher in feed tube. Add sour cream or yogurt and process for 3 seconds. Add dry ingredients. Process with 4 quick on/off turns just until flour mixture disappears. Pour into a greased and floured 9 inch square or 7 x 11 inch baking pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes, until cake tests done. Yields 9-10 servings.
