PUMPKIN-NICKEL BREAD 
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. melted butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 lg. egg
1 c. pumpkin
1 c. grated, unpeeled apple
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together first six ingredients. In a separate bowl, mixing remaining ingredients except topping. Combine both mixtures until well moistened. Spoon into greased loaf pan. Work topping ingredients with beater to resemble coarse meal. Sprinkle on top of loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool on rack.
