KOREAN SALAD 
1 lb. fresh spinach
1 can bean sprouts
8 bacon strips, fried very crisp (crumble)
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. croutons

Combine all except croutons and chill about 2 hours. Add croutons after dressing has been added. Do this just before serving.

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 med. onion, finely minced

Mix all above in a blender at least 2 minutes.
