TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. flat noodles
1 (9 1/4 oz.) can tuna
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. red pepper
1/2 c. green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 can mushroom slices, drained

Cook noodles, drain tuna, mix with cheese, heat and stir until cheese melts. Add to noodles and remaining ingredients. Put in a casserole dish and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
