PAT'S CHICKEN AND RICE 
Bacon
1 c. long grain rice
Chicken
Salt
Pepper
Nutmeg
Par sley flakes
Garlic salt
Paprika
Oregano leaves, not many
Cream of chicken soup
1 c. or more water

Spray large pan with Pam. Line entire pan with bacon. Spread 1 cup of long grain rice over bacon. Salt and pepper chicken on both sides and place on rice. Sprinkle spices over chicken. Pour soup over all. Add cup or more of water. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
