FRUIT STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
8 pork chops with pocket
2 c. sm. dry bread crumbs
1 c. finely chopped unpared apple
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. light raisins
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Combine other ingredients. Stuff mixture into pockets. Press edges of pockets together and secure with toothpicks. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until chops are tender.
