2 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 sm. can evaporated milk (3/4 c.)
3/4 jar marshmallow fluff (7 1/2 oz.)
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Combine first 5 ingredients and stir over low heat until well blended. Bring to boil over medium heat, not to mistake air bubbles for boiling. Boil, stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips and vanilla until chips are all melted. Turn into buttered 9"x9" pan and cool.
