OATMEAL PIE 
2 unbaked pie crusts
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. syrup
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oats

Beat eggs, add sugar, salt. Stir good. Add syrup, butter, vanilla; stir. Pour oats in bottom of pie crusts, pour mixture over rolled oats.

Bake 50 minutes at 325 degrees. Pie will get firm while cooling.
