1 med. head cauliflower
1 c. sliced radishes
1/2 c. sliced green onion
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained
3/4 c. sour cream
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. caraway seeds
1 pkg. buttermilk salad dressing mix

Wash cauliflower and break into flowerettes. Combine with radishes, onions and chestnuts. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over cauliflower mixture and stir well. Chill before serving.
