ORANGE CHEESE SOUFFLE 
1 stick butter
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. orange juice
12 frozen blintzes

Butter 9x13 pan. Line with blintz. Put the other ingredients into blender until smooth. Pour over mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour. Turn down to 350 degrees for 3/4 hour. Check after 1/2 hour. Good brunch dish.
