ORIENTAL SALAD 
Salad:

1 lb. green or nappa cabbage, coarsely shredded
4 green onions, chopped
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. turkey, chopped
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Top Ramen noodles, dry, broken into small pieces

Dressing:

3/4 c. rice vinegar
1/4 c. rice wine
5 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. salad oil
6 tbsp. sesame oil
seasoning packet from noodles (chicken flavor)

Mix dressing ingredients and blend thoroughly. Combine salad ingredients. Pour dressing over salad ingredients and toss until coated.

Makes twelve 1/2 cup servings.
